At Mynqori S.A.S. (hereinafter, «Mynqori», «we» or «the company») we value your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through mynqori.com. This policy clearly explains what data we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what your rights are, under Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its complementary regulations in force as of 2026.

2. Data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide the service: name, email, and the content of the message you send us through the contact form. Additionally, with your consent, we may collect browsing data and aggregated metrics via cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy).
3. Purpose of the processing
We use your data to: (a) respond to your queries and handle your request; (b) improve the quality and accessibility of the information published; (c) measure site usage in an aggregated way, always with your prior consent; and (d) comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (art. 5 of Law 25,326), on the legitimate interest to ensure the operation of the site, and, where appropriate, on the performance of a pre-contractual relationship initiated by your request.
5. Retention
We keep your data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes described, or for the periods required by applicable tax, commercial and accounting regulations. Requests we handle are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless otherwise required by law.

You may exercise at any time your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation (deletion) and Objection, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to us at hola@mynqori.com. You also have the right to file a claim with the AAIP (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or improper disclosure, including encryption in transit and internal access controls.
10. Minors
The site is not directed to persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we detect this case, we will proceed to delete such data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will always publish the date of the latest update at the top of the document.
